This condition will check to see if the value held in the Stored Value was most recently changed during the specified time period.
In the image below the rule will only be able to trigger if the value held in the stored value 'back odds' for the favourite was most recently changed between 30 and 60 seconds ago
Note: The creation of a Stored Value will be considered as a ‘change’. When a Stored Value is cleared, the time it was last changed is also cleared; it is reset to a state as if the named Stored Value had never existed.
Setting a Stored Value with the same value as it previously held is not considered to be a change.
